While we don’t currently ship directly outside the UK, you can still receive your order using a UK-based parcel forwarding service.
These services provide you with a UK address, receive your package, and then forward it to your address.

ForwardVia (www.forwardvia.com) – Provides a free UK address and services like package consolidation and assisted purchases.

Reship (www.reship.com) – Another well-known forwarding service offering flexible shipping solutions worldwide.
To use these services:
Sign Up – Register on the chosen service's website to receive a unique UK address.
Place Your Order – Use this UK address when ordering our sandals:
Package Forwarding – Once the service receives your order, they will ship it to your Italian address.

Returns
Breath easy, we want you to love your wildsole sandals as much as we do, but if you're not happy within 30 days simply send them back for a full refund.

We can offer a refund on all standard items returned in an unworn condition. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Items returned with light use will be refunded less a 35% restocking fee at our descretion.
We cannot accept returns on custom made orders as these have been made bespoke for you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service as no refunds can be made if we don’t receive your order back. -
If your order is not quite right and you would like to exchange it for a different one please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund.
Or you can simply include a note requesting the new item in with your return, and we will exchange this for you if stock allows.

Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible but may take up to a week to be completed.
