  • Yes. Both Standard and Express delivery are fully tracked.

  • Unfortunately we only deliver within the UK.

    However if you are based outside the UK it is possible to place an order and have it delivered to you via a package forwarding company like www.reship.com. You will need to open an account with the company first and extra taxes and delivery costs may apply.

Returns

Breath easy, we want you to love your wildsole sandals as much as we do, but if you're not happy within 30 days simply send them back for a full refund.

  • We can offer a refund on all standard items returned in an unworn condition. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.

    Items returned with light use will be refunded less a 35% restocking fee at our descretion.

    We cannot accept returns on custom made orders as these have been made bespoke for you.

    To return your order, please post it to:

    You will be responsible for paying for your own return postage costs. We recommend using a trackable delivery service as no refunds can be made if we don’t receive your order back.

  • If your order is not quite right and you would like to exchange it for a different one please re-order the new item, and return the original to us for a refund.

    Or you can simply include a note requesting the new item in with your return, and we will exchange this for you if stock allows.

  • Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible but may take up to a week to be completed.

  • Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is any problem with it please email help@wildsolesandals.com and we will do everything we can to resolve this for you.
